Private Catering and Concessions

We offer outdoor catering from May through September.  We have limited days available for the 2023/24 season. Please call for availability. 406-283-1796. We can also provide indoor catering  at The Ponderosa Room, churches, etc.    We require a minimum of 25 persons and a maximum of 100 persons. Most meals average $25.00 and up per person.

We offer concession service for events, in which  individuals  purchase their own meals. A portion of the proceeds from concession sales go to Veteran programs of our choice.

Wildland Fire Catering

Our main service is fire catering.  We offer Type 3 smaller camp wildfire catering in the lower Lincoln County, Kootenai National Forest Area
